Dry Rot Repair
Located by the bay, this magnificent home suffered water intrusion from
a number of sources. We had to remove and replace the third floor beam which
carries the protruding false joisting. While replacing the post for the
driveway arbor more water damage was detected. Ultimately we had to open
a large part of the side of the house to remove and replace water-damaged
wood.
